BIOGRAPHY

Nadja Mindt is the Group Leader in the Department of Sustainable Mobility at Fraunhofer Institute for Machine Tools and Forming Technology. She began her career in research at Technische Universität Braunschweig, concentrating on sustainable production and lean methods in the mobility sector.

Nadja has led projects on process automation and autonomous vehicles with MAN Bus & Truck Spare Parts. Since 2024, her focus has been on automated disassembly of fuel cells and electrolysers, developing approaches that integrate circular design principles.
